Diagnostic and Repair Services

The initial $35 service charge includes full diagnostics and a detailed repair estimate and must be paid before any work takes place. Please be sure to clean your printer before bringing it into the shop, if a printer arrives dirty there may be an additional fee for cleaning. If you have disassembled the printer or bring in a printer that is missing parts an additional fee may be applied. Our labor rate is $40/Hour. If parts are required to complete the repair we will contact you for approval any payment before ordering parts. We require payment upfront for parts orders. Our goal is for there to be no surprise charges on pick up, we want to be upfront and transparent! We will also do our best to keep you updated throughout the process via email or phone if a number is provided.
